Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase (in-store) or 14 days after receiving your online order.

 

 

 

 

In-Store Return Policy

 

Urban Reflections’ brick-and-mortar location does not offer refunds.

For in-store purchases, we gladly offer:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store credit

All items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed below.

 

Online Return Policy

To qualify for an online return and refund, items must be:

  • In the same condition they were received
  • Unworn / unused, with original tags
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Free return shipping is provided for approved online returns.

All approved returns are subject to a 4% restocking fee.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

 

Final Sale Items

The following collections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Urban Reflections Rewind (Vintage + Retro) — all vintage/retro sales are final in-store and online
  • All sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges

For in-store purchases: exchange or store credit only, no refunds.

For online orders: return the item (if eligible), and once accepted, you may place a new order.


Refunds for Online Orders

Once we receive and inspect your online return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
